Qualifications

• Must be a qualified artisan with at least N3 qualification.
• Experience in SAP planning modules is required.
• Must have a valid Code EB driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes, invoices, and plan maintenance work on SAP.
• Perform procurement functions and manage parts inventory.
• Provide technical support and assist with warranty resolutions.

Job description

Key Output

• Prepare quotes, invoices and plan all maintenance work on SAP
• Perform procurement functions
• Prepare reports as required, Manage parts inventory on Service Satellite store
• Assist with warranty resolution
• Attend site meetings, customer meetings and other relevant meeting when required
• Provide technical support to customers
• Provide logistical support to service support technicians
• Assist customers with internal planning processes
• Assist customers with service planning, outage planning and spares BOM's
• Perform the function as "Technical Communicator" on the CAT DSN system

Qualification, Experience And Competencies

• Qualified artisan N3 min
• SAP proficient, experience on planning modules
• Basic management qualifications are an advantage
• Knowledge of MS projects and other MS office programs
• Warranty and quality admin experience
• Willingness to travel
• Medically fit
• Code EB drivers licence
• Attention to detail is an advantage
