PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a Producers Clerk Administrator at the Vredendal depot. The role involves processing producer raisin deliveries, capturing data in SAP, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring QA, food safety, and intake procedures are followed.

Incumbents provide essential administrative support to producers and depot operations, upholding confidentiality, accuracy, and strong customer service. Experience with audits and basic accounting is beneficial.

Qualificações

• Grade 12 qualification with 2–4 years of administration experience.
• Experience with SAP and accurate recordkeeping.
• Integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
• Basic accounting knowledge and strong people skills.

Responsabilidades

• Receive raisins from producers at the depot.
• Capture information on SAP and administer producer data per load.
• Ensure intake procedures are followed and maintain records.
• Handle producer SQA, financial and BBBEE documents.
• Assist with PPECB audits of producers and depot hygiene.
• Capture orders in SAP for depot purchases.
• Record working hours and liaise with Payroll weekly.
• Maintain HACCP/GMP compliant depot hygiene.
• Manage depot fuel and communicate with creditors clerk.
• Maintain a consumer-centric approach.
