Qualifications

• Grade 12 and proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook.
• 2–3 years’ experience in a fast-paced professional environment.
• Knowledge of medical aid and PMB rules beneficial; POPI Act familiarity helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and capture accurate details for the system.
• Provide exam quotes and handle co-payments/payments from medical aids.
• Book CT & MRI prep information and obtain authorizations as required.
• Manage payments for private and walk-in patients and attach documents to profiles.
• Collaborate with Radiography Team Leader and Head Office for efficient workflow.
