Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and with empathy.
• Capture patient information accurately on the system.
• Check medical aid benefits and quotes for exams.
• Collect co-payments and payments from private patients.
• Provide prep information for CT and MRI scans.
• Obtain authorizations for examinations.
• Scan and attach documents to patient profiles.
• Coordinate with Radiography Team Leader and Head Office.
• Resolve telephonic enquiries.
• Attend monthly staff meetings and suggest improvements.
