• Proficiency in RAN performance analysis tools and methodologies.
• Experience with major RAN vendors (Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei).
• Strong understanding of radio propagation, antenna systems, and interference management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Optimize RAN performance parameters to improve capacity, coverage, and QoS.
