The candidate will design, deploy, monitor, and optimize RAN solutions, with emphasis on GSM/LTE/5G NR and RF planning. A Bachelor's in engineering and 5+ years of RAN experience are essential for this challenging opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Radio Access Network engineering or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of RAN principles, protocols (GSM, WCDMA, LTE, 5G NR).
• Experience with RF planning tools and network performance analysis.
• Familiarity with SDN concepts is a plus; strong analytical skills under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy RAN equipment and software (base stations and related systems).
• Monitor RAN performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies.
• Troubleshoot RAN-related issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams for stability.
