About the Role

You will be responsible for estimating, tendering, and overseeing all costs relating to construction projects, from initial calculations to final figures. This role requires a strong analytical mind, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively both on-site and from a remote location to manage project finances. You will play a critical role in ensuring the financial viability and success of our construction endeavors, collaborating closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to achieve optimal cost outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• Manage tendering processes, including preparing tender documents and evaluating bids.
