About the Role

This remote position requires an individual with a keen eye for detail, capable of managing budgets, controlling expenses, and ensuring financial viability throughout the construction lifecycle. You will play a critical role in cost estimation, contract administration, and financial reporting, working closely with project teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is adept at financial forecasting and possesses excellent analytical skills to optimize project profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for construction projects.
