Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Operations Manager to champion quality assurance and control initiatives within our East London operations. This role is central to maintaining and enhancing the quality of products and services, ensuring compliance with standards, and driving continuous improvement.

You will lead the quality team, implement robust quality management systems, and work cross-functionally to embed quality principles throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality management or related field, preferably in a management role.
• Demonstrated success implementing and improving quality systems.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and procedures.
• Lead and manage the quality assurance and quality control teams, ensuring adherence to standards.
• Oversee quality audits, inspections, and process controls to identify and address deviations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and service quality.
