Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or sciences or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in QA/QC in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with audits and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Oversee QA/QC activities including inspections, testing, and audits.
• Lead and mentor the QA/QC team.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and standards.
• Investigate customer complaints and implement CAPA.
