Adcorp is seeking a Quality Advisor in Johannesburg to ensure project support, monitoring, reporting to Services SETA, and close-out activities meet SLAs, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards.

You will support learnership and skills development projects with strong coordination, monitoring, and QA practices, ensuring timely and compliant delivery across all operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in a training, education, learnership, or skills development environment.
• Exposure to project coordination, quality assurance, compliance, or learnership administration processes.
• Experience working with SETAs, QCTO requirements, moderation, and audit processes would be advantageous.
• Proven administrative experience within an education, training, or assessment environment.
• Exposure to project monitoring, reporting, and stakeholder coordination within a regulated environment.

Responsabilités

• Advisory & Compliance Support: Research, review, and communicate SETA and QCTO process updates to regional teams; provide input into QMS updates; advise on QCTO implementation requirements; ensure SOP, SETA, and QCTO compliance; drive quality and compliance across processes.
