EQ Plus is seeking a capable L&D/HR professional to lead bursary programme administration in Johannesburg. You will distribute bursary information, evaluate applications, shortlist candidates, and conduct interviews with the Group Training Manager to ensure alignment with policy and budgets.

You will also drive BBBEE compliance for learnerships, maintain enrolment and completion records, and monitor invoicing, payments and tax filings; plus compile regular development reports and engage with

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8 years in learning and development.
• 3 years in a management role.
• Ability to supervise staff in a large organization.
• High level of attention to detail; integrity and ethics.

Aufgaben

• Administer bursary applications and evaluate suitability; consider service length, tuition fees and credibility of institutions.
• Ensure BBBEE learnership compliance; prepare and maintain compliance docs, invoices and payments.
• Prepare monthly development reports; maintain relationships with providers, managers and learners; report on risks and improvements.
