Job summary

Labournet is seeking a Training Management Specialist in Johannesburg to identify client training needs, secure mandatory and discretionary funding, and ensure SETA compliance. You will manage training plans, liaise with clients and training providers, and drive effective learning programs that support business objectives.

You will contribute to client retention, maintain records, and support day-to-day compliance while building strong relationships that enable new opportunities for Labournet

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Learning and Development, or related field.
• SDF Certificate (advantageous)
• Experience in the service industry (delivery of services to other businesses or business units) advantageous
• Experience with WSP/ATR Submissions advantageous
• Experience or involvement within the Education, Training and Development function of any organization advantageous.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional relationship with clients to ensure retention and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with SETA requirements and manage WSP/ATR submissions.
• Develop Workplace Skills Plans and coordinate consultations.
• Channel client training needs to Labournet and training partners.
• Plan visitation and delivery schedules for clients and projects.
• Deliver high-quality service and foster client referrals and satisfaction.
• Manage training expenditure and associated records for clients.
