Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years progressive experience in Quality Assurance within FMCG/packaging.
• Experience implementing QMS ISO 9001, HACCP and/or FSSC 22000.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, especially packaging materials.
• Proven leadership with ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001, HACCP, FSSC 22000.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for all production processes.
• Lead and mentor the Quality Assurance team with training and guidance.
• Oversee product testing, inspection and validation to meet specs.
• Manage audits, supplier quality programs and customer investigations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the overall Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001, HACCP, FSSC 22000).

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly in packaging materials.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

• Proficiency in quality control tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis).
