Placements24 seeks a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager to oversee QA/QC in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal. You will design and maintain the Quality Management System, drive process improvements, and ensure products meet stringent standards across production.

You will lead a skilled QA/QC team, perform internal audits, analyze data for CAPA, collaborate with engineering and production, and report to senior management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within manufacturing.
• Proven experience in managing a QA/QC team.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes and quality tools.
• Proficiency in quality management software and standard office applications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal is a significant advantage.
