LexisNexis Legal & Professional in Johannesburg is seeking a senior leader to own the public sector sales strategy in South Africa, driving revenue growth through new business, renewals and account expansion.

You will lead Account Managers and Business Development Managers, build partnerships with government bodies, manage pipelines and tenders, and promote AI-enabled solutions across complex public sector environments.

Qualifications

• Extensive B2B sales leadership experience with revenue growth.
• Experience selling into government or other complex public sector environments.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, tenders and long sales cycles.
• Experience in technology, enterprise software, legal technology or information services.
• Strong strategic planning, forecasting and pipeline management capability.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Commercial acumen and a commitment to ethical business practices.
