RELX INC in Johannesburg is seeking an experienced senior sales leader to drive growth in the public sector. You will lead a high-performing team, shape the public sector sales strategy and expand revenue through new business, renewals and account expansion.

You will build strategic partnerships with government departments, manage pipelines and tenders, and promote LexisNexis AI-enabled solutions while upholding ethical business practices.

Qualificações

• Extensive B2B sales leadership experience.
• Experience selling into government or public sector environments.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, tenders and long sales cycles.
• Experience with technology, enterprise software or information services.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute public sector sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Drive revenue growth through new business, renewals and account expansion.
• Lead, coach and develop Account Managers and Business Development Managers.
• Build trusted relationships with government departments, regulators and public institutions.
• Manage sales pipelines, forecasting and commercial performance.
• Oversee tenders, bid strategies and procurement compliance.
• Qualify opportunities based on funding, stakeholder alignment and commercial viability.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Promote adoption of LexisNexis technologies, including AI-enabled solutions.
• Foster accountability, ethical business practices and continuous improvement.
