Qualifications

• Develop tactical plans to drive revenue growth.
• Implement the business transformation plan and foster inclusive culture.
• Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership in area of expertise.
• Define and drive the tactical sales strategy for area of responsibility.
• Deploys integrated risk management, governance and compliance frameworks.
• Design and deliver customer service solutions aligned to values and standards.
• Establish mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders to support thought leadership and integrated solutions.
• Identify, drive and implement ideas, policies and procedures to enhance sales and profitability.
