Job summary

FNB Public Sector in Bloemfontein seeks a Regional Director to lead and grow the Public Sector portfolio. You will develop regional strategies, build relationships with government stakeholders, and drive innovative banking solutions aligned to regional objectives.

Ideal candidates have finance qualifications, RE5, and a driver’s licence, with RE1 as an advantage. This role covers North West, Free State, and Northern Cape, with Bloemfontein or Klerksdorp as possible locations.

Qualifications

• Finance qualification aligned to NQF7 or Bachelor of Honour in Commerce.
• RE 5 qualification is required.
• RE 1 will be an added advantage.
• Valid Driver’s licence and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Develop tactical plans to drive revenue growth for the region.
• Ensure implementation of the business transformation plan.
• Lead and grow the Public Sector portfolio within the region.
• Build and maintain relationships with government stakeholders.
