FNB Public Sector in Bloemfontein is seeking an experienced Public Sector Regional Director to lead and grow the regional portfolio, building strategic relationships with government stakeholders and delivering innovative banking solutions that create value for communities.

You will drive revenue growth, implement risk governance, and lead high‑performing teams across North West, Free State and Northern Cape, with flexibility for Bloemfontein or Klerksdorp residence.

Qualifications

• Must hold finance-related qualifications as stated.
• RE5 qualification required; RE1 is an added advantage.

Responsabilités

• Develop tactical plans to drive revenue growth.
• Ensure implementation of the business transformation plan.
• Define and drive the tactical sales strategy for area of responsibility.
• Deploy integrated risk management, governance and compliance frameworks.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams across designated regions.
• Establish relationships with stakeholders to support thought leadership and innovative solutions.
• Manage expenditure planning within budget parameters.
