Job summary

FNB Public Sector, Bloemfontein invites applications for a Regional Director to lead and grow our Public Sector portfolio across North West, Free State and Northern Cape. The role targets strategic relationships, revenue growth and strong governance in a complex banking environment.

The ideal candidate has a Finance related NQF7 or Bachelor of Honour in Commerce, RE5 (RE1 an advantage), a valid driver’s licence and own vehicle, and a proven track record in driving client-centric solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and strategic thinking in public sector banking.
• Ability to drive revenue growth and manage stakeholder relations.
• Experience delivering compliant, customer-centric financial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Public Sector portfolio in the region.
• Develop tactical plans to drive revenue and implement transformation.
• Direct high-performing teams and manage governance and risk.
• Ensure optimized customer experience across the value chain.
