Job summary

Kontak in Sandton is seeking a Rental Administrator & Property Coordinator to manage a residential property portfolio, handle lease documents, tenant and landlord relations, and coordinate maintenance. Based at their Woodmead office, you will oversee lease renewals, rent collection via TPN, listings on platforms, and ensure accurate records while providing excellent service.

The role offers a monthly salary of R18,350 CTC, a petrol card allowance, and a performance-based year-end bonus;

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and record-keeping skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain and update lease agreements, addendums and renewal documentation.
• Coordinate tenant onboarding and offboarding, including move-in and exit inspections.
• Monitor lease expiry dates and maintain accurate rental schedules.
• Keep tenant, landlord and property records up to date.
