Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of active real estate experience.
• Fully registered with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA).
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership drive.
• Ability to build a client pipeline and close deals.

Aufgaben

• Mandate & Business Generation: build portfolio, secure mandates, and relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, investors.
• Deal Management: lead evaluations, viewings, and contract negotiations through closing with admin support.
• Client Advisory: provide high‑touch service, guide clients on market trends and property values.
• Business Growth: contribute to agency strategy and share in brand growth.
