Job summary

Citra is expanding its dynamic sales team in Blue Downs, Central Blue, seeking dedicated Property Practitioners to build relationships, drive sales and negotiate effectively in the affordable housing market.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year as an estate agent, hold a Fidelity Fund Certificate, and be prepared for weekend showings with strong communication and organizational skills to deliver results. A valid driver’s license and access to transport are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 years of experience as an estate agent.
• Fidelity Fund Certificate (PPRA) required.
• Experience in affordable housing market is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills to keep clients informed throughout the buying or selling process.
• Strong administrative and negotiation skills.
• High integrity and attention to detail.
• Criminal record check satisfactory.
• Valid driver’s license and own transportation.
• Preferably located in Kuils River or Blue Downs with affordable housing sales experience.

Opportunity Overview

• In 2024, we are set to transfer over 200 residential units to clients, with plans for more than 400 in 2025.
• Citra boasts a landbank of 4,000 residential units, with 25,000m² GLA of retail and 30,000m² GLA of light industrial development planned over the next 5-10 years.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic property practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in client relationships, sales performance, and negotiation, while being committed to achieving results.

Work Schedule Flexibility

We require flexibility in working hours to accommodate client meetings, property viewings, and networking events. Our results-oriented approach allows you to manage your time efficiently, but availability on weekends is essential, as many real estate transactions take place during this time.

While we promote a balanced work-life schedule, weekend availability for property showings and client meetings is critical for success in this role.

Requirements
