Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in property development, project management, or related field.
• Proven track record of delivering real estate development projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of planning regulations, construction processes and financial management in development.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Nelspruit and Mpumalanga property market is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess land acquisition and development opportunities in Nelspruit and surrounding regions.
