• In-depth understanding of urban planning principles, zoning regulations, and environmental impact assessments in South Africa.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and GIS tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end management of urban development projects, including residential, commercial, and public spaces.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies for complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Coordinate with municipal authorities, urban planners, architects, engineers, contractors, and community groups.
• Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building regulations, environmental standards, and heritage conservation requirements.
• Lead stakeholder engagement processes, facilitating communication and consensus building among diverse groups.
• Monitor construction progress, quality control, and financial performance, reporting regularly to senior management.
