Placements24 seeks an experienced Real Estate Development Manager to lead large-scale Sandton projects from land acquisition through completion. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and financial partners to ensure timely delivery within budget and to high quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in real estate development, strong construction knowledge, and a proven track record with major commercial and residential schemes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate development project management.
• Proven track record in large-scale commercial and residential developments.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, PM software, and relevant regulations.
• Excellent financial, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Experience with Sandton property market is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
