Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Claims Adjuster with property claims.
• Ability to assess property damage, materials and construction methods.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant industry certifications or related degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigate insurance claims by gathering information, interviewing witnesses and inspecting property.
• Assess damage extent and determine coverage under the policy.
• Negotiate settlements with policyholders and third parties.
• Prepare detailed reports with findings, analysis and settlement recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
