Qualifications

• Grade 12 required.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role in the property industry.
• Ability to maintain tenant files and ensure high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate leasing administration, billing, and processing of receipts.
• Proactively manage tenant collections.
• Handle tenant queries and complaints while adhering to SLAs.
• Perform cashbook function, including reconciliations.
