Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple projects end-to-end (full life cycle).
• Sales experience is required.
• Exposure to slurry pump systems is non-negotiable.
• Must be able to perform pump selections (non-negotiable).
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems; inventory/ERP familiarity.

Experience

• Strong project management skills, including planning, coordination, and execution of multiple concurrent projects (full-life cycle).
• Experience in sales
• Exposure to slurry pump systems (non-negotiable)
• Must be able to do pump selections (non-negotiable)
• Proficiency with basic business and productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, project tracking software) and ability to work with inventory or ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on reducing downtime and optimizing operational costs.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and maintain professional customer relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team coordination, performance oversight, and promoting a safe, compliant work environment.
