The role requires a minimum of 6 years in project management, a relevant degree, and strong skills in PM software, communication, leadership, and organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Viticulture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of project management experience, preferably in wine or agribusiness.
• Strong understanding of agricultural and wine production processes is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of projects within the wine and agricultural value chain, including infrastructure, cultivation, and processing initiatives.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, allocate resources, and oversee budgets for all assigned projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
