Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years project management experience, 3+ years in renewables (solar, wind, hydro).
• Experience managing budgets above R10 million.
• Strong renewable energy tech, grid integration, and energy policy knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project software (MS Project, Primavera P6).
• Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid environment.
• Familiarity with environmental impact assessments and permitting processes.
