About the Role

This role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from feasibility studies and site acquisition through to construction and final handover. You will be responsible for managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholder relationships to ensure the successful delivery of profitable commercial ventures. Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of commercial development projects, including planning, design, permitting, construction, and leasing.
