You will assist with site identification, feasibility studies, financial modelling, and timelines, while learning through mentorship and exposure to diverse real estate projects in Mpumalanga.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Property Development, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• Basic understanding of the real estate development lifecycle and project management principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in property.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for financial analysis.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute within a team-based environment in Nelspruit.
