Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in commercial project management.
• Proven ability to manage large budgets and complex stakeholder groups.
• Strong negotiation, communication and leadership skills.
• Understanding of commercial law, contract management and financial principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
• PMP or similar certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle for commercial ventures from feasibility to handover.
• Develop detailed project plans including scope, budget, and resources.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle for commercial ventures, from initial feasibility studies to final project completion and handover.


• Develop detailed project plans, including scope definition, budget allocation, and resource planning.


• Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners to secure favorable terms.


• Oversee project finances, including cost control, financial reporting, and profitability analysis.


• Identify and mitigate commercial and project risks, ensuring business objectives are met.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial project management , with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
