Placements24 is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial and retail projects in the Nelspruit area. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, plan and execute projects from concept through to completion, and ensure delivery on time and within budget.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, 10+ years of progressive experience, strong leadership, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Pr CM accreditation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction management, with a significant focus on commercial and retail projects.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple large-scale projects concurrently.
• Expertise in contract negotiation, administration, and dispute resolution.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional accreditation (e.g., Pr CM) is highly advantageous.
