• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of project management experience in commercial real estate development.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of real estate markets, development processes, and financial analysis.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of commercial development projects from planning to leasing.
• Develop detailed project plans, financial models and feasibility studies.
• Oversee budgets, track expenditures and manage financial risks.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, legal teams and others.
• Ensure compliance with zoning, codes and environmental standards.
• Communicate progress and financial performance to senior management and investors.
