Job description

Bring retail projects to life by coordinating store teams, suppliers, budgets and timelines. Use your planning and communication skills to keep delivery on track. This Role will be responsible for the effective coordination and execution of projects across Operational Properties by planning, organising, monitoring, and collaborating with Operations Field Teams, suppliers, contractors, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standards.

In support of the Procurement Department, the incumbent will also provide administrative and operational assistance, including supplier coordination, documentation management, reporting, and other procurement-related activities as required.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

Essential:

• Minimum of 4-8 years working experience within a Retail Chain environment working with stores, store operations, etc.

• Minimum of 2-3 years should be Project Management or Coordination role

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Essential:

• A Grade 12 Certificate/Matric

• A National Diploma or Degree in Business/ Retail/ Project Management or Business Administration
