Qualifications

• Experience in production system and service support, incident investigation, and resolution.
• Ability to read and understand logs, source code, and databases.
• Experience with tickets and service desk systems such as Jira.
• Ability to communicate status to business and escalations to 3rd parties.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical understanding of systems, services, and products; propose improvements.
• Assist with incident resolution processes.
• Ensure problems, incidents, and resolutions are tracked in the ticketing system.
• Conduct 3rd level investigation of problems for identification.
• Debug and develop solutions to identified problems.
• Escalate issues to relevant teams if unresolved internally.
• Promote proactive data/system/application analysis to predict and resolve recurring issues.
