Job summary

You will monitor health and performance, perform root-cause analyses, and contribute to runbooks and documentation. A strong Java background, REST API knowledge, and familiar ITIL/Agile practices are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for production systems, specifically for Java-based applications.
• Monitor application health and performance using observability tools and logs.
• Investigate and resolve incidents within agreed SLA timelines.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventative measures.
• Coordinate with development teams to deploy fixes and improvements.
• Create and maintain essential support documentation and operational runbooks.
• Support releases, patching, and change management processes.
• Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards in all support activities.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding incident updates and risks.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call support rotation if required.
