Job summary

Network International is seeking a Production Support Engineer to ensure stable, reliable production services including Gateway, Aggregation, Backoffice, Admin portal, and reporting, with responsibilities for diagnostics and month-end processes.

The role involves 3rd level investigations, diagnosing issues, and developing solutions or escalations to the relevant teams, plus proactive monitoring and data analysis to prevent outages.

Qualifications

• Experience in Production System and Service Support, investigation of issues, and diagnosis thereof.
• Reading and understanding logs files, source code, and databases.
• Software development and debugging skills.
• Managing tickets and service desk system, such as Jira.
• Communication with 3rd parties for escalations and resolutions.
• Communicating to business on status of incidents and their resolution.
• Experience in a technical/data/analytical role.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep technical understanding of the systems and services, and resolve issues or propose improvements.
• Assist with incident resolution processes and ensure tracking in the ticketing system.
• Conduct 3rd level investigation of problems for identification and resolution.
• Debug and develop solutions to identified problems.
• Escalate issues to relevant teams when necessary.
• Foster proactive data-driven analysis to predict and resolve recurring issues.
