Job summary

Bilnor Staffing Solutions in Gauteng invites a Product Support Specialist to provide 24x7 emergency support, troubleshoot on customer servers and field equipment, and assist in deployments across mining equipment and office systems.

You will be the first point of contact for tickets, collaborating with regional teams to diagnose, resolve, or escalate issues, and drive fewer tickets through specialist diagnostics and effective resolutions.

Qualifications

• BSc in CS/Engineering or equivalent is required.
• 3–5 years’ experience in product support or similar.
• Proficiency in SQL or similar database; English plus another language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 emergency support and troubleshoot on customer servers and field equipment.
• Assist in deployments of new and existing solutions including on mobile mining equipment and offices.
• Serve as first point of contact for tickets and collaborate with regional teams to resolve or escalate issues.
• Document functionality, write scripts/reports, and ensure SLA adherence.
