Qualifications

• 3–5 years of technical and support experience.
• Hands-on with platform technology and API integrations.
• Experience in a Banking environment is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to read and interpret log files and network traces.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical resource guidance for Host to Host API offerings.
• Offer specialist business and systems support to Corporate and Investment banking clients.
• Support a 24x7 platform with weekend and extended hours as required.
• Troubleshoot integrations and provide client-facing support.
• Collaborate with product and client engagement teams to resolve issues.
