Placements24 is seeking a diligent Production Supervisor for a leading beverage manufacturing facility in Paarl, Western Cape. You will oversee daily production operations, lead a team of operators, ensure targets are met safely and to high quality standards, and drive shift coordination.

The role requires GMP/HACCP knowledge, hands-on leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years in supervisory role in manufacturing, preferably beverage/food.
• Knowledge of GMP and HACCP.
• Proven leadership and motivation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Basic understanding of production machinery and processes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Flexible for weekend shifts.
• Eligible to work in South Africa.

About the Role

Our client, a leading name in the beverage manufacturing industry, is seeking a diligent and experienced Production Supervisor for their facility in Paarl, Western Cape . This role involves overseeing daily production operations, ensuring that output targets are met efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with excellent organizational skills and a thorough understanding of food and beverage production processes. You will manage a team of production operators, coordinate shift activities, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment. This is a key operational role that directly impacts product delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production line staff to meet daily production targets.
• Ensure all production activities adhere to safety, hygiene, and quality standards relevant to the food and beverage industry.
