Placements24 is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for its FMCG food manufacturing client in Nelspruit. You will lead a production team, optimize workflows, and ensure targets are met safely and to quality standards. The role requires a National Diploma and at least five years supervising production, with HACCP/GMP knowledge and a commitment to safety.

Based in Nelspruit, you will manage shift teams, monitor processes, and collaborate with quality, maintenance, and supply chain.

Qualifications

• National Diploma in Production Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production supervision, preferably within FMCG food manufacturing.
• Proven ability to manage teams and drive production efficiency.
• Strong understanding of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP) and GMP.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality assurance.
• Must be available to work shifts and be based in or willing to relocate to Nelspruit.
