Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent; a tertiary qualification in a related field is advantageous.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a production supervisory role within the food and beverage manufacturing industry.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a production team.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety standards in beverage manufacturing.
• Experience with GMP and HACCP principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with production scheduling and reporting is required.
• Must have valid work authorization for Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.

Responsibilities
