Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a production engineering role within manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles and tools.
• Experience with MES and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, throughput, and quality.
• Design and implement new production techniques and technologies to optimize workflows.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all production processes.
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality control teams to ensure equipment reliability and product integrity.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions swiftly to minimize downtime.
• Train and guide production staff on new processes and equipment.
