Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, and process improvement in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with ERP systems and MES is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize production schedules to meet demand forecasts and operational targets.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions for improved throughput.
• Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles, including 5S, Kaizen, and value stream mapping.
• Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure efficient material flow and inventory management.
• Design and improve plant layouts and workstations for optimal ergonomics and efficiency.
• Train production staff on new procedures and best practices for improved operational performance.
