Job summary

Rainbow Chicken in Worcester is seeking a dedicated Admin Clerk - Carton Freezer to support the production team. The role requires Grade 12 and at least 1 year of administrative experience in a production environment.

You will handle stock records, production documentation, attendance, and reports, with strong organizational, data-handling and numerical skills. Proficiency with spreadsheets and Anzio system is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience.
• Good computer literacy and administration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of spreadsheets and production control procedures.
• Knowledge of the Anzio system is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Starting up production scales and ensuring accurate daily checks.
• Maintaining stock records and production documentation.
• Reconciling stock and submitting mandatory reports on time.
• Managing attendance records and leave data.
• Filing documentation accurately and supporting production administration.
