Job summary

Ozow is seeking a Product Manager: Payments Fraud & Risk Solutions to lead critical product capabilities that enable secure growth. You will own the roadmap, define requirements, and partner with Engineering and Design to deliver scalable trust, risk, and compliance workflows.

The role focuses on practical product outcomes, regulatory integrity, and operational confidence, with close collaboration across Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Data teams to drive measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own: Product direction and roadmap for a scoped area within Trust, Risk & Compliance
• Define problems and prioritise for that area
• Translate needs into product requirements and workflow improvements
• Make day-to-day product decisions for defined trust, risk, or compliance capabilities
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Design to shape solutions
• Track KPIs and communicate outcomes for the owned product area
• Highlight dependencies, risks, and trade-offs affecting the roadmap
• Document product decisions clearly and ensure usability and control effectiveness
